Incredibly Poor service, feedback or promises fulfilled!

This is now the second complaint I have had to submit for my driveway repair as I am now getting no further response from my original one where I was asked to mail a specific address for assistance. I have had ZERO reply or response from that address nor am I getting any further feedback on this platform anymore. Please get your act together!

[Previous Submission] "I contacted Vumatel over 6 months ago to come and repair my driveway which is falling apart since they layed their fibre cables. After receiving a confirmation from *********** with reference number 13513, that the repairs would be done, I have not received any further replies to my follow up's e-mails. Now they have disconnected their only phone number and I cannot use service providers for this issue as I am not using Vumatel for my fibre. Please come and fix it like you promised."
