*********** Vumatel technicians and poor service

Vumatel installed a fibre on my property on the 3rd Dec 19. They didn't do any handover to the people in the house after installation. Since installation, Vodacom have been trying to configure the router with no success for 7 days. In the end, the Vodacom technician came on site to do troubleshooting. He found that Vumatel did a horrible and very bad installation. They were *********** and useless that the router cannot get internet. Then Vumatel is now asking me to use my airtime i.e. Milton Simango to call Vumatel so that they remotely troubleshoot their mess their created which is very unfair. Vumatel must send competent & experienced technicians to sort their installation mess asap. Very poor service from Vumatel.
