*********** Vuma sub-contracting

Vumatel is currently sub contracting to local business in Eersterust where i reside.for the life of me i do not know how these people were awarded these contracts,let me rephrase that "i know"because nowadays its who one knows.In any event people in Eersterust is irate as to the level of their workmanship.So nonetheless i realise my water is off inside.i go and check what the problem is,only to realize they cut my water pipe to my house with the machine they utilize for this.So what happens,municipality get called to dig away part of the road,3 curbstone just litterally ripped out and part the the road tar destroyed.At about 16h50 i call Vuma Head office in Sandton to log a formal complaint and to get hold of the said sub contractors to come to my residence asap to have this inconvenience and mess attended to.The person on the other end informs me i have to log it on the website of which i consequently did.Yeah welcome to South Africa.
