I app**** for fibre to the house,it was all done by the company Hypa. I paid them monies,they could and still can't find my address for the installation. Someone conviently just cancelled my installation application.when I asked who had done the cancellation, nobody's answering,so that person must be dead as the person who did cancel it, doesn't want to take responsibility. 11m from my house,I checked with another service provider MIT also says vumatel is the coverage provider,so how does that work. What a disgrace/shame on people who try and hide,instead of taking responsibility. I sent 2 emails,no response from vumatel. If I could,won't give them any star*****r customer service. I want my money back as you people at vumatel can't even find my address,after I sent the exact location......
