One star is a higher rating than vumatel deserves. Vumatel is probably the worst ISP in South Africa. I'v been without Internet for 10 days and vumatel doesn't seem to care. First it was the switch in the area that was an issue, when that got resolved and my CPE box was replaced, vumatel couldn't even provision it properly, its been 2 days that I'm waiting for the provisioning, technicians have repeatedly tested the line and confirmed everything is fine but vumatel doesn't ever get to the provisioning. Afrihost escalated my ticket 4 times to no avail. Through this whole ordeal, i'v been **** to by vumatel repeatedly, had my time and money wasted and dealt with *********** people. I wish I could say this is the first time but sadly that isn't the case.
