After spending hundreds of rands on airtime trying to get through to a call centre to get my services activated. I finally got through to someone. But my problem is still not resolved and I now want a refund of a payment I made as I still don’t have a connection and for ALL my inconvenience. I’ve never in my life had such bad customer service.
