*********** and not professional

The Installers came to my house at around 9am without calling me personally upon they're arrival,they walking into the house and spoke to my tenant and then they left ,after leaving that is when they decided to call me claiming that the community stopped them and I was only 1 minute away from the house ,*********** and not professional again

You are not professional and it's a fact ,you keep making useless excuses over and over again,I really regret ,whenever you order an item as a customer you're expecting a call upon the arrival of the item so that the actual person can collect it ,you don't just speak to a random person and make your own decisions,if I am the one who purchased I'm expecting a call upon the arrival of the item
