Paid my subscription via supersonic website on the 13th of December, my service wasn’t lifted, the next I called supersonic as my service provide and they said the method of payment was incorrect and the will refund me in 21 days. Today is the 24 day and they’ve been telling me stories via Facebook messenger, no one even bothers to call me.
