Incompetence Service provider-Vumatel
Very much dissapointed with their service. They should not be a service provider!!! I keep on logging that our service light on the ONT box is off, mweb keeps on creating a ticket on Vumatel to fix the problem. They(Vumatel) keep on closing the tickets (to be presies 3 tickets) and keep on advising that the job has been completed and fixed but it's utter nonsense! The business has been standing due to an incompetence provider. Hate this.
