INCOMPETENCE !!

This is the worst service I have ever received and no one assists Im taking you to the consumer counsel if this is not resolved today

You have loaded some elses details and fibre claiming my address

Not allowing me to have my fibre installed due to your incompetence VC-2321-908 does NOT belong to me !!!

You are to rectify your error asap as i need my fibre installed by tomm !!!!!

Your customer service is disgusting !!!
