Incompetence at the worst

I have been loyal customer,and never had problems.but this time am very disappointed I paid for installation when installer came that say there's no coverage iam furious that the agent couldn't pick that up on the system,they just insisted that I pay,the vuma sadv agents care only about sales.i want want my money back I will never recommend vuma services to anyone anymore.there won't be coverage on this area for a while but am told to wait please refund me..want to cancel my others services with you
