Incompetence and Terrible Service

Terrible service. Registered for internet with RSAweb. First Vumatel doesn't assign me with an IP address, and then when the do it's for the wrong service provider??? I have never dealt with more *********** people than the Dev team of Vumatel. I have been sitting for 5 days since getting the email stating that they have connected my line with one problem after the next
