Incompetence

Day 25 of no internet service and thousands spent on data and call minutes in queue for assistance.

Yet another weekend spent having payed for streaming services but no internet connection from my already payed for internet services. Once again was told we’ve escalated to our Billing and there’s nothing that can be done till they reply.

My Matriculant daughter will have to move out to a friends house once school starts in order to do her school work and prepare for her finals. She been living there for the last 2 weeks in order to complete her assignments anyway.

Absolutely mind boggling incompetence
