Incompetence

Phone them to find out what is the hold up with the Pending ONT Discovery status and the guy I was talking to didn't even have a clue to what i was talking about then he says he will find out what is going on puts me on hold so all of a sudden I am talking to a woman now and have to tell the entire story from the start, she at least knew what is going on checked for me and told me that the test they did failed and had to be done again. They didn't know it failed because they don't get notifications when it fails. So how in the world do they even know what is going on if you don't phone them every second of every day. This is very disappointing.
