Incompete service

It's been a month since i requested for fibre to be installed via Vumatel and Webafrica. I keep on getting freaking stories always. What ****ed me off today is i contacted webafrica, as they were saying my address has another ISP on it. It was mweb, they cancelled and sent proof. Now today they telling me they want proof of address, and in a form of municipal bill ONLY!! I was like what the f*#k. My neighbor, a tenant, from Limpopo, installed it without proof of residence, i live in Soweto, Emndeni. I spoke to both agents from vumatel and webafrica, none of them knows nothing to helo. I'm utterly disgusted, if only there was another fibre company in Soweto... It sucks
