Mweb is my Isp and my 28 day voucher expired on 17 February 2021 which was paid immediately in the morning at 9:20 am.I then asked for them to change my 28 day voucher to a monthly Debt,now my Fibre line is still not working as it shows active their side I still do not have internet connection.I was told that Vumatel has to activate the LOS then my line would be activated after calling Vumatel I was told they are on it and busy,it's been another day and still nothing and this is so ********* for business not to keep in contact and complete their job.
