IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF VUMATEL WORST FIBRE SERVICE EVER
IT IS IMPOSSIBEL TO GET HOLD OF YOU GUYS
THE FIBRE LINE AT OUR PLACE IS LAYING ALL OVER THE ROAD AS SOMEONE KNOCKED THE WOODEN POLE DOWN.
YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL IS INVALID AND YOUR 0860 IS ALSO NOT WORKING.
CAN SOMEBODY COME AND SORT THIS OUT ASAP BEFORE THEY START *****ING THE CABLES AND CAUSING MORE DAMAGE

the wifi was working perfectly they have now left with the wifi down.
the guys that came out were also extremely rude
I will continue logging complaints until the issue is resolved
how can they come out to fix something that was working and after they leave its not working
afrihost is our ISP their service is 5 star compared to you guys
