Impossible to get an installation complete

Late last year i requested a new installation for fibre. The installation team came out and didn't complete the installation. I have now gone through Cool Ideas as Vumatel wouldn't send out a technician without the ISP. Each ticket we create keeps getting rejected and for two months i haven't been able to get Vumatel to come and complete the installation of the ONT device. Even Cool Ideas has tried to no success. All I am asking is for Vumatel to come out to finish the installation so the ISP can then take over! This is mission impossible. This service is unacceptable!
