Impeccable customer service

I just want to give a shout-out to Kelebogile Letsoalo for the impeccable customer service I received from him.

I complained on Twitter about my fibre connection, my ISP kept sending requests for activation to Vuma but those kept getting rejected. Only to find out that my ONT box was faulty, I did not know that until Katlego started engaging with me and asked me to send pictures of the ONT box and he’s the way who pointed out the issues with it.

My ISP had issues logging a ticket for the faulty ONT, issues only known to them, I kept sharing the screenshots of the conversations I was having with my ISP with Katlego and he kept advising me on how to explain the situation to my ISP. Eventually, my ISP got it and they logged the ticket my faulty ONT box. The next day the technicians arrived at my place to sort out the issue which was my defective power cable!
