Im really reallly annoyed now by vumatel

Really annoyed by this company i made a complaint about them ******** me my money by one of their consultant last month on the 23 still now its not resolved its been 4 weeks they dont know what to do all im hearing is that they waiting for ISP feedback is it really hard for them to refund me what they stole from me mbalenhle madira whose been assigned to this case she told me she tried her best i don't blame she really did im so annoyed by this company believe me im afraid what they did to me they will do to others but then im not giving up i will take this matter to the media as well and legal action its because im a black person if i was white they would have refunded me immediately.
