I'm not really happy about Fly

I'm not really happy about Fly.cool or it's Vuma Fibre I'm so angry right now because Fly.cool debited R400 for Vuma Fibre on the 31st of January for internet connection I only use my benefits for 1day so since today the Wi-Fi its off I've texting the fly. Cool service support every day but still now i did get any help.... So Fly.cool or Vuma u guys are ***ard I need my refund back or else and I'm not the only 1 people are complaining out there. This is not right. When you call Vuma tel they said you must call fly. Cool so please I need my Wi-Fi back or my Refund because already it's the 8th so you wanna give me the connection month end never I need my refund
