I'm Dissapointed!!!!!

Been waiting for installation for almost two months..... Paid my installation fee of R399.00 on April 17, no delivery, no communication and you call them with no answer. I'm sick of this, I just want my money back because wow!!!!! Not sure if we are being ****med or what???
