I'm annoyed as hell with Vumatel

I was debited on Friday the 30th of October till this day they have no internet connection. I spent all day calling the call Centre asking wat is the problem I'm told all is well vumatel is supposed to activate my account bt failing to do so nothing is being on their side. I'm annoyed with the service coz they even make it like it's our fault vumatel doe not have a call center anymore they deal with email.
