I'm a resident in soshanguve block vv I'm using vumatel but my ISP is home connect so I explained to them that I have been paying extra and I need to be credited for that. They escalated my matter to vumatel soshanguve line and vumatel doesn't want to refund or credit me for those R22 extra I was paying for 8 months or more. Now my concern is as a customer if I pay R3780 by mistake I'll never be refunded or credited? They will enjoy my money and tell me that the is no refund as it's a prepaid services? It's a **** maan An agent should have called me and informed me that I must be aware that I'm losing that money I won't get it back. They kept quiet and enjoyed my extra R22 wow. I'm not happy with this and how it's handled
