******* Vumatel installation

Vumatel installed fibre at my property. The installation was ******* and non-compliant. Now that I am trying to sell the property, the electrical COC can not be signed off. Vumatel is contravention of section 6.4.1. Vumatel need to re-install the fibre line correctly at their own cost. I don't seem to be making any progress, despite logging a ticket. As this is urgent, please confirm when this will be rectified?
