Ill be dead before VUMA installs my fibre

I have placed an order through Supersonic before I even moved into my new place as I am aware it takes some time for installation of fibre.

However, I have still not received a call from Vuma to confirm when they will come and install - ITS BEEN OVER 12 DAYS! that's the frustrating part as they just don't communicate with you or acknowledge there has been a order placed and will be attended to!

I have tried calling the call center on multiple occasions and you hold for up to 30 mins with no answer. I have even gone as far as sending a message on FB with hopes someone will assist and tend to my query.
