If you want to donate your money please go to a charity instead - pathetic service

Vumatel is the worst. I might as well be buying 1G data at this point and that should work better than their "high-speed fibre". I'm paying for 100mbps but the speed line I'm getting is 15.99mbps. I've upgraded my package numerous times thinking if I pay more things will be better. Turns out that only my monthly subscription fee has been the one that's upgraded and their "Portal won't allow change to be submitted" so my speed line has remained the same throughout the numerous upgrades. I've put in many complaints and they come back saying that "The issue has been resolved". I'm not even getting a quarter of the speed line I'm paying for. Not a nice way to treat loyal clients Vumatel.

If you're thinking of getting your internet connection from Vumatel, I urge you not to. You'll just be throwing your money away.
