I wrote a review about a complaint about Vuma services a month ago and to date I still complain of the same issue. I haven't been connected and I keep on being sent from pillar to post with no solution but empty promises. I am gatvol with their service. Their call centre service is dreaded because you wait forever for speaking to consultant and after long wait you still get no help at all. I wrote to their complaints email and I still await for a response. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied as a new client of theirs.
