I would like to write a review about Home-Connect/Vumatel

I would like to write a review about Home-Connect/Vumatel. Please sort my internet connection out urgently. I have had little to no internet for the past few months! This is not a free service, I pay every month, yet cannot enjoy the benefits. (King)*****) assisted me earlier and was amazing but my connection lasted for all of an hour while I was at home. When I returned at 18:00, it was back to square one. Connected with no internet. 😡😡😡😡😡
