I would like to write a review about Home-Connect

I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. I am not happy with the service I am getting ever since I app**** for the WiFi. Its almost a month now full of escalations and I can't seem to get any help. Whenever I call in, the consultants put me on hold for more than 15mins and drop the line. I am not being provided with accurate timescales and everyone is giving me different solutions. My fibre line needs an activation and its been 5 days waiting for the maintenance people to come and activate it and yet I was advised they take 72hours
