I want service from Vuma

I think that the ladies that work for Vuma they don't take their job seriously is because that we communication with whatsapp no call centre..

this month from 2nd till the 15th my system was down and the lady who help me to troubleshot said will request a down time and i must check on the 19th if it's been approved

i send them a whtsapp today guess they say i was only down for 2 days not the 13days and they cant see the chats on their system..

the very same I have in my phone i want my money that i paid for the service you did not provide for 15days
