I want my refund, now
Vumatel has taken payment from my bank account whereas their vibre stopped working a week before and I have been waiting for my refund since June

19 Aug 2024, 15:58I have been in contact with my ISP they are not giving me a straight answer, I’ve been advised to allow time, it’s 2 months now waiting for a refund, I have been in contact with them again today and they are saying the same thing to allow time
