I WANT MY REFUND BACK

Vumatel is the worst service provider I have ever come across. Our connection has been down since Friday morning and still no technician has arrived. You've given us the run around everyday when we call and only today you tell us you've cancelled your services in our area, yet you DEDUCTED THE MONEY for your services that we are not getting or will ever be getting again. My question is when you made this decision of never working in our area again WHY DID YOU NOT THINK OF LETTING YOUR CLIENTS KNOW?????? I WANT MY REFUND BACK
