I want my money back
Never been disappointed nd worse made stupid.i paid vuma after people came to my house to sell their product there after when it was time to install i was told i dont have fibre it onky covers the next street.fine what wrong with them giving me my refend back instead they call and me nonstop to pay for wat is said to b active on their system .i have been taken pillar to post and also contacted sdv manager ...it waz all pretence they have no shame.nd have never installed anything till now.id never recomnend vuma to anyone.Vuma stop contacting me all i need is my money back.....

27 Dec 2025, 04:01Up until to date I haven't received any refund from vuma. When the manager called me he said he will sort of the matter I should send him proof of payment which I did. Those guys knew that the device was not installed.
