I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Spoke to a Vuma consultant last year around July this guy said all is well and told me to go pay 400 after the 400 was paid he said the address I stay in isn't covered and I must request a refund. Cleary he didn't check. Have been requesting my refund since last year requested again last month o was told I must go get a banking letter not older than 3 months which I was never told from the start I don't have time to go to the bank want my money back when made a payment no banks were involved now I must struggle to get my money back the consultants are rude too.
