I want my money back
Paid for installation and was told that it will be done on Friday 14 February at 12 midday, even got an email confirming this. So I take the day off from work and wait but Nobody shows up to do the installation. Nobody even calls or sms or emails nothing to say why... The sales consultant who set everything up named Thando no longer takes my calls and seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp...then a few days ago I get a call from a guy named njabulo who says he will come to do installation today morning so I take another UNPAID day off from work today to wait for him, it is now after 1pm and he hasn't even called and when I call him it just rings and goes to voicemail. This is ****ING ASS HORRIBLE MOTHER****ING SERVICE AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
This company is a disaster. If yawl can't do the job then shut it down or give another Company like zoom or something to do the installations in my area. Now because it's assigned to vuma I'm stuck with yawl
