I want my Fibre line restored

On Monday my internet stopped working, I phoned my isp mweb and they told me that vumatel decided to cancel my Fibre line. I did not request it to be cancel someone over at vumatel decided to cancel the line. Now since Monday I have made many phone calls and mweb said they can't help me as they said vumatel had to reconnect my line their side first. Now it's Wednesday and I'm still sitting without internet that I have paid for!!!
