I want a refund

I've never been flabbergasted by such a service,you guys are failing us seriously,please explain why would I pay a monthly subscription and still not have internet connection,all I get is "we routing you to an agent" and then nothing happens,I honestly regret paying for Nov month coz until now still no internet,I want to request for a refund and ask you guys to come disconnect your line,I'll find a better ISP.This SADV is nonsense
