I signed to this vum...

I signed to this vuma fibre last month on the 26th and i was told that since the installation was done on the 1 st of september my next payment will be on the 1st of october, all along everything was right yp till sunday, the internet was on and off, i tried to get hold of their ISP webafrica, but was not assisted on Sunday then yesterday monday, i chatted with different agents thry told me thst a call has bedn logged for a technician to come fix, nothing happened abd no one came, i use this internet for work as well since im working from home, today is the third day and second day of me not working, no one is calling mr , the dont have a direct line , i really regret signing up for this vuma, i would not recommend any one to sign up for it, i kust now find a way to get anither rooter to work because i will loose my job because of vuma, they have pathetic customer service, not recommending anyone, please people dont go for vuma, they are useless and font care about their customers
