I reported to Vumatel that my ONT was giving issues - intermittently reboots and goes on and off by itself
I reported to Vumatel that my ONT was giving issues - intermittently reboots and goes on and off by itself. Within 2 hours they sent a technician to replace the ONT. Thank you Libs for sending the team so quickly. Thank you to the technicians Katlego and his assistant for rushing to assist.
