I recently rendered their services and unfortunately where i bought a house they have an existing ISP of which they advised that i provide them with proof that I'm the new owner in order to cancel the existing ISP. Provided them with proof that I'm the new owner of the house. Spoke with Courtney who advise that the request was sent to cancel the existing ISP, that was a week ago.Followed up today and Lorianne advised that no proof was received and no cancellation was requested.Sent her proof of emails that i did send the document that was requested from me.She only processed my request today. POOR SERVICE AT IT'S BEST ????
