i paid R400 in june 2024 with hope that i was going to get wifi fibre but only on th day of installation i was informed that they don't have fibre in my street

i paid R400 in june 2024 with hope that i was going to get wifi fibre but only on th day of installation i was informed that they don't have fibre in my street. but they made me pay and yold m that i was covered..... why did they take my money.... i asked for a refund till date i haven't received my R400
