I paid for Vumatel on the 28th March 2024

I paid for Vumatel on the 28th March 2024. No one was saying anything to me even the consultant and the manager the Daveyton branch were quiet. I had to be the one who was constantly on Lethabo’s back all the time for feedback months passed I came to hello Peter about my first complaint the pretended to attend to me by just giving me a meaningless phone call after my hello Peter complain Lethabo was then suspended from her duties for a month that’s when she started communicating and I told Lethabo the Daveyton consultant I want a refund since it’s May and no one has came to my house. She kept saying she’s logging a call and not getting back to me as always fast forward to June 2024 I ask Lethabo about the progress regarding the refund she blue ticked me and till now I haven’t received any refund and no one is saying anything to me
