I paid for service which they failed to deliver they made an excuse about an outage when I requested for my money back they declined my request even though I didn't get the service I was paying for

16 Jul 2024, 08:36Hi I had to cancel my subscription because in my area we had no internet connection for 2 months that why I requested for a refund because I did not get any internet connection since I made payment which means the service that I paid for was not rendered
