I ordered a VUMA (Mweb) fibre 2 weeks back and made a payment of R399

I ordered a VUMA (Mweb) fibre 2 weeks back and made a payment of R399. They delayed to install and when they finally came yesterday on the 14 Oct. The installation was clumsy. Secondly it is still not active. I've called mweb concerning technical problems but no answer instead they drop their line in your ear. Thirdly when I speak to the VUMA consultants they give me a run around talking about next day and the next day. I'm very unhappy with their service😔
