I need my refund

I have request a WiFi and they said I need to pay first so I payed then the technical team came out and told me there is no space to connect a second line and I must phone for a refund and I've been struggling since the 8th of July 2025 to get a refund from webafrica webafrica tells me I must speak to vuma vuma tell me they can't do nothing and then web Africa tells me vuma is using pay fast for easy fast and the money needs to be reflect by them in order for web Africa to pay my money waiting 3 months is very very poor service.
