I need my money back nolonger interested in your services

Am writing this to express how dissatisfied I am n disappointment with the service iv received with Vuma ,I app**** for the services made payment but never received any installation for weeks until I approached another service provider and they assisted me . I have since asked to be refunded since no service was rendered not did I receive any communication.i made payment December now we in march every time I inquire about my refund am being told its in process 😡for 3months really it’s way past the 21days that you told me to wait as it’s your turnaround time .would definitely not recommend this company I feel ****med
