I need my installation ASAP

On the 7th of March I paid for Vumatel fibre and instantly received an email and text stating that I would receive a call within 5 days to schedule installation. On Monday the 19th of March I then contact Webafrica as they are the ones I placed the order with , only for them to "apologize" and promise that I would be getting a call from Vumatel within 48 hours.

I still haven't received a call today, 21 March and this is really affecting me as I need fibre for working. I have tried contacting them and they only know how to sell to you rather than help with the queries.

I am very disappointed because I have paid for the service now I need to beg to get what I paid for
