I need assistance ASAP

I am very disappointed with how the business is conducted, I was never made aware of the new info provided by the supersonic consultant. I have an account with Vumatel where ISP is Supersonic, they cut my network because I am on a 28 days plan yet I was never informed that my network will switch off every after 28 days. I last paid on the 19/03/2021 as it was my salary day by that month and today the 16/04/2021 they disconnected my network and I use it for work, I didn't work today and wont be working until I have the R395.00 because of the miscommunication that was done by the provider. I am very indignant and disappointed by these two companies.
