I initially complaint on this platform about the poor level of service that I have been subjected to by Vumatel, The company received my complaint and rep**** on the 16th of January 2024 and further made a promise to have the installation department to contact me and make the necessary arrangements. To this day, I still have not received a call nor being assisted with the installation issue, this issue has been dragging since last year December, and calling their offices its such a headache. The level of service by Vumatel is absolutely disgusting and pathetic, no respect for their clients whatsoever, you really need to pull up your socks honestly.
